Experience: 5+ years Company: Coho About the role Coho is looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with a strong commercial eye and the ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging work. We are looking for someone who combines excellent editing craft with strong visual judgement. You should be comfortable owning projects from edit through final delivery, while also being able to collaborate with and help develop other editors.

This is a senior role for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, sound and colour, and knows how to create work that feels sharp, contemporary and commercially effective. What you'll be doing Editing high-quality commercial video content from raw footage to final delivery Working primarily in DaVinci Resolve Bringing strong storytelling, pacing and visual judgement to every edit Working with colour grading and sound design as an integrated part of the edit Using AI tools and workflows where they can improve the creative or production process Collaborating closely with the wider creative and production team Giving constructive feedback to other editors and helping raise the overall quality of the team's work Managing multiple projects while maintaining a consistently high creative standard What we're looking for You have: 5+ years of professional video editing experience Advanced experience with DaVinci Resolve A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating commercial editing work Strong skills in video editing, storytelling and pacing Experience with colour grading A good understanding of sound design Experience integrating AI into creative or post-production workflows The ability to work independently and take ownership of an edit Experience helping, mentoring or leading other editors Motion design experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are particularly interested in editors coming from strong commercial post-production environments, as well as experienced freelance editors looking for a more consistent collaboration.
