Senior UX/UI Designer – limited for 2 years maternity cover
About this role
Your Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end design process, from understanding user and business needs through to delivery and iteration. Translate complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive and efficient user experiences. Collaborate with squad leads to influence product direction and prioritization. Use customer feedback, product data and research to identify problems and inform design decisions. Conduct user research and usability testing when needed to validate assumptions and solutions.
Design mobile and web experiences, creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes and UI designs. Collaborate closely with engineers throughout development and support the implementation of designs. Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders. Clearly communicate design decisions, trade-offs and recommendations to both design and non-design audiences. Must-have: 5+ years of experience in B2B/Workforce UX Design (Research, Interaction Design, UI Design).
Strong experience with end-to-end product design in complex digital products. Strong communication skills and ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints. A data-informed mindset and experience using customer feedback or product data to support design decisions, qualitative and quantitative. Excellent design tool skills (e.g. Figma) skills and experience working with design systems and reusable components.
Experience designing (native) mobile applications and/or responsive web products. Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams. Ability to independently own a product area and drive design work from problem definition to implementation. Nice to have: B2B, enterprise or internal tools experience Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, inventory or similar complex environments. UX research and usability testing experience Experience working with analytics and customer satisfaction data.
Experience with design systems. Interest or experience in AI-powered products and workflows. What makes someone a great fit?
