Senior UI Designer

About this role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team and help enhance the visual appeal and user-friendliness of our interfaces. At Jisr, we strive to deliver exceptional user experiences, and as a UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Working closely with our Product Designers, UX Researchers and Frontend Engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge user interface that sets us apart from the competition.

In this role, you will have the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing our existing design system, micro-interactions and the interface overall, ensuring that our products are consistent and of the highest quality. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating innovative and intuitive designs. Collaborate with Product Designers, UX Researchers to understand user needs and translate them into innovative and visually appealing designs Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design direction and interactions to stakeholders Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the designs Maintain and enhance the design system, including UI components, style guides, and patterns Ensure consistency and quality across all products and platforms Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Principle. Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles. Understanding of responsive design principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
