Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own and improve the technical documentation experience across Radiant’s platform, helping developers, customers, and internal teams understand, adopt, and operate our products effectively. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, SRE, Support, and Solutions teams to turn complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, practical documentation across APIs, infrastructure, platform services, integrations, and operational workflows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable getting close to the technology, testing. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve Radiant’s developer and product documentation, including guides, tutorials, API documentation, reference material, troubleshooting guides, and operational content. Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure documentation is included as part of the product development and release process.
