As a Senior Data Center & Infrastructure Recruiter at Nebius, you’ll shape how we attract and hire the people who build the foundations of our business. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centers operational.

This is a delivery-focused role with a high degree of ownership. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple countries, build talent pipelines for future site launches and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring keeps pace with our infrastructure growth. Your responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management. Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across the US market.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data center launches. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labor market challenges. Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships where appropriate. Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding. Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.
