Senior/Tech lead .NET

About this role

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS Develop and maintain a platform for KYC & Investigation purposes. Own initiatives end-to-end: clarify requirements, propose solutions, develop, release, and operate. Lead Junior Engineers by providing technical direction, task breakdown/estimation, code reviews, mentoring, and onboarding. Stay hands-on with C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, and React; troubleshoot defects, production incidents, performance issues, and technical debt.

Design and work with event-driven architecture, queues, and asynchronous processing. Collaborate with the Architecture team to build scalable systems. Ensure testing, observability, security, CI/CD, and IaC for application-related AWS infrastructure. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical documentation; leverage AI tools such as Claude Code throughout the SDLC. CANDIDATE PROFILE 5–7 years of Software Engineering experience, including 1–2 years of leading or mentoring Junior Engineers.

Strong experience with C#/.NET Core + TypeScript/React. Experience with MS SQL Server and relational database design. Experience with event-driven architecture, queues, asynchronous processing, and failure modes. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation. Proven experience owning major initiatives from scoping to release, with a strong production mindset around testing, observability, security, and CI/CD.

Strong product mindset, proactive in shaping scope, with solid knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms. Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows, with the ability to work effectively with an existing codebase. Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor Junior Engineers and a willingness to learn.
