We're a Series C business of around 90 people, with a small, hands-on People team. As our Senior Talent Partner, you'll own end-to-end hiring across the whole business - this includes Engineering, Product and Design – but you'll also hire for our Commercial teams (Sales, Client Success, Marketing) and head office functions like Finance and People. Roughly 80% of your time will be talent acquisition. The rest goes into the wider employee experience: benchmarking salaries, running our remote onboarding sessions and helping to drive culture initiatives like our Culture Champions network.

Priorities shift quickly at our stage. One week you might be closing a senior software engineer and a sales hire at the same time; the next you're benchmarking a promotion and welcoming a new cohort of Unminders. You'll balance several searches at once and adapt your approach to each market. Partner: with leaders across the business to plan hiring, shape roles and agree what great looks like. Challenge and advise when needed, and keep everyone aligned when priorities change. Attract: by utilising traditional search tools such as LinkedIn as well as leveraging your expert knowledge of sourcing to uncover great talent in the places where they are harder to find to build a diverse funnel of top talent.

Engage: and nurture diverse talent pipelines with innovative employer branding initiatives and by continually developing our inclusive hiring practices. Attract candidates by leading on employer brand initiatives in partnership with marketing to continuously showcase our culture. Measure - our hiring data and dashboards. Track the metrics that matter, share insight on the market (especially tech) with leaders, and keep improving our process in line with our DE&I commitments.

Grow - our hiring community by running training so our hiring managers interview well, fairly and with confidence. Employee Experience: Remote onboarding: Run our onboarding sessions for new Unminders, so every new joiner feels welcome, connected and ready to contribute from week one. Salary Benchmarking - Use Pave and external data to make sure new roles and promotions are levelled fairly and competitive for our stage.

Partner with leaders when roles change. Culture initiatives - Support our Culture Champions to keep connection and culture strong in a remote-first company. However, some experience in the following is important for this position: A strong in-house Talent Partner: You've hired for Engineering, Product and Design, and know tech teams well enough to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.

You've also hired for commercial (Sales, Client Success etc) and other head office roles, ideally in a start-up or scale-up, and can adapt your approach to each - you're comfortable switching between them. Owning hiring end-end. Experience in designing and executing talent strategies, leading the full candidate journey from attraction to offer management and the continual development of talent pipelines. Adaptable. You're at home in a small team where no two weeks look the same.

You enjoy picking up new work, are happy to roll up your sleeves, and see constant change as part of the fun. Great with stakeholders. You build trust quickly with leaders at every level, including the Exec team. You can advise, push back with data and keep hiring managers on track. Comfortable working at pace. You can run several searches alongside onboarding and benchmarking work, prioritise well and keep quality high when things move fast.

Interested in more than hiring. You care about the full employee journey - from first conversation to first few months and want to help shape our culture, not just grow headcount. Alongside, partnering with marketing to launch and deliver employer branding initiatives. Data-informed. You have proven experience building dashboards and using insights to continually inform decision-making, ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates, and improve hiring practices.
