The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business. Position Summary We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering) to build and scale our engineering organisation. This is a high-impact, strategic role — not just delivery. You will own the engineering hiring roadmap end-to-end, partner directly with founders and senior engineering leaders, and set the bar for how we hire technical talent. You’ll be expected to operate with high ownership, drive hiring strategy, and ensure we consistently attract and close top-tier engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles (AI, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, Infrastructure, etc.) Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent Conduct structured recruiter screenings, assessing technical fundamentals and motivation Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies: Provide clear role briefs Monitor pipeline quality and delivery Ensure agency alignment with our hiring standards Continuously analyse the engineering talent market and adjust attraction strategies to stay competitive Maintain ATS hygiene and provide clear pipeline visibility to stakeholders Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience Qualifications & Preferred Background: 5-7+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles Proven track record of hiring software engineers in competitive markets worldwide Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess engineering fundamentals during screening Experience managing and partnering with external recruitment agencies Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented Strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification Startup mentality: resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.
