Let’s start with the role As a Senior Systems Administrator at Kaizen, you will be responsible for internal systems integration and Active Directory administration. You will also be working closely with other tech teams such as SREs and third-party suppliers, helping translate business requirements into effective automation solutions. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will: Manage and improve our internal business systems and applications ( Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Slack, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, etc.) used across the company.
Manage and monitor public cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) Assist on deploying enterprise AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor) Deploy and configure third-party applications with a keen focus on security, performance, redundancy, and user experience. Work with Solution Engineers to identify business requirements and suggest service improvements according to company policies and directions. Collaborate with vendors and delivery teams in the installation and deployment of new system functionalities Collaborate with the Network and Security teams as part of incident response and to apply policies related to Zero Trust architecture, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Provide second-level support by managing incoming incidents, problems, and service requests in line with user needs, system functionality, and internal processes.
Identify and implement automation for recurring administrative tasks Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Work with Managed Services Partners to manage the rollout of new software and services as required.
