📋 Description Review and update progress, cost reports, and schedules, escalating risks to the Senior Direct and coordinate subcontractor and field personnel across multiple concurrent work areas or a Contribute to schedule sequencing decisions and constructability input during preconstruction. Confirm subcontractor work and materials comply with contract documents and quality specifications Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractor representatives for owned work areas.

Support project closeout, including settling financial obligations, demobilizing resources, and 🎯 Requirements B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field 4+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in an assistant superintendent or Direct experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects. Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences (Level 3–5), and data center quality Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages.
