About this role
About the Role EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to build a cleaner, more distributed energy future — helping consumers turn smart thermostats, EVs, and batteries into virtual power plants that keep the grid stable and expand renewable capacity. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing Finance team at an exciting moment in EnergyHub’s evolution. This is a role for someone who holds themselves to a high standard, communicates clearly across teams, and wants their work to matter beyond the month-end close. GAAP Experience in a public company environment Strong communicator — able to hold technical standards while explaining requirements in plain language to non-accountants High personal standards for accuracy, documentation, and completeness Nice-to-haves CPA license (strongly preferred) Experience in SaaS, software, energy, or tech Comfort building processes in a high-growth or transitional environment How You'll Work You take ownership of your work and hold the output to a high bar.
