About this role
This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Strategy Associate , you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across Entain's Southern Europe markets, helping drive growth, improve performance, and shape long-term business priorities. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you'll work closely with leaders across the region to turn strategic recommendations into tangible business outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy , you will be part of the Americas & Southern Europe Strategy Team , partnering with local and regional leadership teams across Spain, Portugal, France and Greece. You'll lead high-impact strategic planning projects, support commercial and investment decisions, and collaborate with teams across Digital, Product & Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.

You Will: This is an exciting role within a rapidly expanding team with a broad range of responsibilities, including: Strategic projects: Support high-visibility, growth strategy projects by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling and synthesizing conclusions to be presented to internal executive leaders and functional leads Operational execution: Support development and implementation of plans to operationalize strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning in Iberia Partnership management: Support engagement with key external vendors (e.g., sports and media partners, suppliers, agencies) Market & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks Business performance monitoring & optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to support the evaluation and optimization of performance Data-driven insights: Analyze data to derive business insights in order to guide strategic decision-making Thought leadership: Contribute industry knowledge and a growth perspective to the organization Connect with broader org: Support the flow of ideas and information within the broader company You Have: Strong undergraduate degree Extensive experience in strategy consulting, ideally at a top tier consultancy (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, OW, Kearney) with 3-5 years post undergrad or up to 1-2 years post MBA Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity Knowledge and ability to apply business frameworks (e.g.
