To enable this high-performance every team member enjoys full autonomy over their location (we’re remote-first). We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our Strategy Team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and People, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation - turning ideas into impact through clear OKRs, scalable project frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

WHO YOU ARE: You have 2-3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG or Bain). You’re experienced in OKRs and project management . You are commercially minded and understand how a business works; you might even have started a business yourself You’re AI-literate - familiar with how emerging technologies can support productivity, creativity, and decision-making across business functions. You have a growth mindset and a natural curiosity for the start-up and scale-up world, eager to learn, explore new topics, and continuously develop new skills.

You’re a strong connector and communicator who aligns diverse stakeholders, fosters collaboration, and drives clarity and momentum across teams. Location & eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work.
