About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager to grow Coder’s International partner ecosystem across system integrators, value-added resellers, and distribution partners. You’ll build relationships that expand our reach, create new revenue opportunities, and make it easier for customers to adopt Coder. You’ll identify high-potential partners, shape joint go-to-market plans, and build strong relationships across sales, marketing, services, and executive teams.
You’ll also work closely with Coder’s partner sales managers to turn partner strategy into field-level execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE - Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential partners in your region. - Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that create revenue for both Coder and our partners. - Build and manage relationships with partner leadership across sales, marketing, professional services, and other key functions.
- Lead executive QBRs, joint marketing programs, technical enablement, and other activities that deepen partner engagement. - Coordinate with Coder’s partner sales managers on field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns. - Find new ways for partners and Coder to create value together. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You bring at least 10 years of experience across business development, partnerships, sales, or a combination of these areas.
You’ve built partner relationships before, know how to navigate complex sales cycles, and can turn strategy into measurable results. - A quantifiable track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals and generating new business through partnerships. - Experience navigating complex sales processes, building consensus, and developing relationships across multiple levels of an organization. - Experience building and growing successful relationships with system integrators and value-added resellers.
- The ability to move quickly and operate effectively in a startup environment. - A player-coach mindset: open to feedback, able to coach others, and comfortable working directly on the problem. - A willingness to step outside a narrow job scope when the business needs it. - Curiosity about technology and a habit of continuous learning. - Strong initiative and a clear sense of ownership for outcomes. - A consistent focus on finding practical ways to add value for Coder, our partners, and our customers.
