drones, IoT and robotics devices), ensuring reliable ingestion and synchronization at scale Build and scale backend services, APIs (Python/Django), and storage solutions, owning them end to end in production Drive performance, scalability, observability, and security across our backend systems Lead greenfield projects from concept to production Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and help shape technical direction Your profile 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning production systems Expert Python skills and extensive Django experience Proven experience building data pipelines in production (ideally Airflow) and strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills Solid system design skills, including concurrency and asynchronous programming Production experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g.
