WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Alti, our AI agent product.

Alti launched in July 2026 and is growing fast. Now we need to scale it: more agents, more automated routines, and our own machine learning models alongside LLMs. You’re a product engineer first. You ship features that customers use, and you bring hands-on experience with LLMs, agents and data. You’ll work in a small squad with engineers, a PM and a Product Designer, and you’ll help the team get stronger at evaluation, observability and taking ML to production.

This is a remote position based in Brazil. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and ship Alti product features end to end, from conversational AI to agents and automated routines. - Design and improve RAG pipelines and prompt strategies. - Build LLM evaluation pipelines to measure quality and catch regressions. - Set up monitoring and observability for AI features: prompts, models and usage. - Help take ML models to production with monitoring and continuous feedback loops.

- Partner with Product and Design to find where AI and ML can solve real customer problems. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Solid experience as a software engineer building and shipping product features. - Hands-on work on AI products in the last 12 months (LLMs, agents, AI features). You don’t need to have led it, but you’ve built it. - Experience with at least one of: chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines.
