The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performance Digital Solutions departments. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, UK As a Senior Software Engineer in Digital Solutions UK, you will help transform the digital tools used across the organisation, with a strong focus on building smart, reliable and scalable applications that improve performance from development through to race operations.
You will work hands-on on strategic initiatives, delivering performance for departments and stakeholders across the business. The role combines full-stack software engineering, domain learning, stakeholder collaboration and practical GenAI delivery, helping Digital Solutions build the smartest tools with strong AI capabilities on the grid. Your duties will include; Design, develop, test and deliver high-quality full-stack software solutions, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, databases and integrations.
Take ownership of complex features and technical workstreams, from requirements capture, through to production delivery and ongoing improvement. Contribute hands-on to strategic Digital Solutions projects that support end-to-end engineering and operational processes. Work with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenge assumptions and turn domain needs into pragmatic digital solutions.
