For more information, visit www.ShiftKey.com http://www.ShiftKey.com. The role We're a healthcare technology company running two products: a SaaS platform and a two-sided marketplace platform, both operating under strict regulatory requirements. We're looking for a Senior SRE to take ownership of reliability on the marketplace side - joining an existing, experienced team and contributing your own Senior SRE expertise, not rebuilding the function from scratch.
This is a role for someone who wants meaningful autonomy and is comfortable being one of the more senior technical voices in the room from week one, not someone looking for a well-worn path with heavy oversight. Monthly gross remuneration for this position ranges from PLN 22,000 to PLN 25,000 under an employment contract (CoE/umowa o pracę). Final compensation is determined based on experience and skill level. Where you’ll work We prefer candidates based in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area, where we have an office, but we're open to hiring remote within Poland for this role.
What you’ll be doing - Taking ownership of reliability, availability, and operational health for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform. - Mentoring a mid-level engineer and helping shape what the reliability function looks like as it grows back out. - Working across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code to keep a regulated platform both reliable and auditable. - Writing production automation - scripting is a real, daily part of this job.
- Partnering closely with a sibling engineering team that has been informally supporting this platform, with the goal of making that support unnecessary. What you’ll need - Substantial hands-on experience running production infrastructure in the cloud, including container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code, at a level where you can debug real incidents under pressure, not just follow a runbook. - Strong scripting/automation ability in at least one general-purpose language.
