Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services. Role & Responsibilities Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance. Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management. Organize service reviews and performance reporting. Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities.

Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements. Manage dependencies between multiple service providers and technical teams. Ensure service documentation and CMDB accuracy. Your Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery. Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience working within ITIL-based environments.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
