About the Role The Senior Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This position partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and Candidates to schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, manage candidate communications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruiting function.
In addition, this person will act as a trusted resource to the larger Talent Acquisition team and People team, helping with system optimization, developing programs, documenting processes, and contributing to People-wide projects. Location. This role is remote in the continental United States, with a strong preference for East Coast based candidates. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) across time zones.
Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and status updates. Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed. Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes. Lead or support recruiting-related projects (e.g., process improvements, technology implementations).
