You will serve as the strategic bridge between Docebo and our high-profile clients, ensuring seamlessly delivered onboarding experiences and maximum platform value. Working alongside an innovative, fast-paced team, your leadership will directly shape our client relationships, influence PMO process improvements, and drive impactful business outcomes globally. ⚡ THE DAY-TO-DAY - Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end customer relationship for complex enterprise implementations, acting as the primary point of contact and defining key stakeholder escalation paths.

- Architect the Roadmap: Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project scope, establish goals, and maintain rigorous, detailed project plans from initial discovery to final delivery. - Drive Momentum & KPIs: Monitor project progress, manage resource allocation, and present actionable status reports, issue resolutions, and success metrics to key executive stakeholders. - Cross-Pollinate & Align: Work in lockstep with Product, Development, and Partner teams to track technical feature progress and oversee third-party onboarding alignment.
