Responsibilities: Manage banking projects focused on implementing online banking solutions. Lead multiple project teams and manage large-scale programs.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategies. Plan and facilitate client workshops and project discussions. Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks. Manage project changes, minimize disruptions, and adjust plans accordingly. Resolve project issues and ensure successful delivery. Train and coach team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies. Analyze project data to support strategic decisions.

Drive process improvements and organizational change.
