Senior Program Manager, Legal Tech and Litigation Support, Remote

About this role

The Senior Program Manager is a hybrid role that supports the Legal Department by combining technology management, AI workflow design, paralegal support for employment and civil litigation matters, legal research, and day-to-day operational support. Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Operations, this person will help the department work more efficiently by managing and improving its tools, designing and testing AI-enabled workflows, and providing hands-on support to attorneys on active matters.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring a system, building and evaluating a prompt, and assembling a litigation production.
