Infrastructure is having a moment. Cloud complexity is challenging companies to effectively manage the infrastructure. Virtualization licensing costs have spiked, on-premise hardware is aging out, insurers and auditors have stopped accepting “we have backups,” and started asking for proof they can recover. Meanwhile, the people who could sort this out are stretched thin or don’t exist at all. This is our opening; our Managed Cloud solutions sit between do-it-yourself hosting and running your own infrastructure.
We are hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our Managed Cloud portfolio. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across every customer touchpoint. You will become expert in the ideal customer profile, identify value propositions and drive product requirements and that enables us to solve our customers' most pressing needs.
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is between $120k-$180k and will vary based on experience and level Responsibilities Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Managed Cloud portfolio. Lead go-to-market execution for new products and features, including launch planning, enablement, and commercialization readiness. Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for owners, IT generalists, finance leads, and compliance stakeholders.
Develop buyer personas, competitive positioning, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing messaging. Work with demand marketing to drive pipeline and new product revenue for the portfolio. Build scalable sales enablement programs, including training, objection handling, and competitive intelligence resources. Own competitive and displacement positioning. We win on ownership and accountability, not feature checklists or price.
Drive customer research, market analysis, and win/loss programs to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, and competitive strategy. Build value messaging that survives a CFO, including cost of ownership and cost of downtime. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to support launches, campaigns, and revenue initiatives. Write and review customer-facing copy across web, campaign, and partner assets, and hold the line on voice and careful compliance language.
