Senior Product Manager | Web Hosting
About this role
JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY 🚀 Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next. AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas. If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles. YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER As Senior Product Manager on the Web Hosting team, you’ll own core parts of the platform that millions of websites, apps, and developers run on every day. This is a technical role: you’ll be just as comfortable talking about PHP versions, Node.js deployments, Git workflows, caching, and server performance as you are about conversion funnels and retention.
Developers and vibe-coders are increasingly building with AI coding tools, and we want Hostinger to be the place where that code goes live. You’ll shape how people go from an idea or a local project to a fast, secure, production-ready site, and you’ll help define the strategy and roadmap rather than just execute it. Curious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead: Mario Bañares Colastra https://www.linkedin.com/in/mbanares/ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY - Own key parts of Hostinger’s hosting and developer products end to end, from discovery and technical scoping to launch and growth.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for developer workflows: deployments, Git integration, staging and previews, databases, APIs and CLI tooling, and AI coding integrations. - Translate customer needs and technical constraints into clear, well-scoped requirements, and make informed trade-offs together with engineering on architecture, performance, and reliability. - Get hands-on: build prototypes, deploy test projects, use the product the way developers do, and test competitor products yourself.
- Conduct client interviews and analyze product data to understand developer behaviour, activation, and business impact. - Work closely with infrastructure, engineering, design, and data teams to ship intuitive, reliable, and powerful experiences at scale. - Monitor customer feedback, developer communities, and the competitive landscape (cloud platforms, PaaS, edge, and AI-native builders) to identify opportunities. - Stay up to date with AI, developer tooling, and web infrastructure trends to keep Hostinger at the frontier.
