In this role, you will shape and run our conversion and monetization strategy, running fast-paced experiments to increase subscriber growth and retention.

- Communicate experimentation strategy, performance and trade-offs to product peers and leadership WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 5+ years of experience managing global subscription products, conversion funnels, or driving growth in consumer software. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing and evaluating results (e.g. conversion rate, trial-to-paid, plan mix shift, LTV) - A calm, adaptable operator who thrives amidst rapid change, bringing clarity and focus to a fast-paced environment.
