About the job Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, London, or Dublin. This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening. You’ll own Payments & Finance: the systems behind how we manage credit lines, financial exposure, risk, and complex payment requirements across our Stays business.
You’ll run it as a full business and product domain . You’re accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You’ll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs. The problem underneath is complex. We extend credit to clients, manage financial risk across growing transaction volumes, and handle different payment rules for different partners.
How do you make all of that scalable, reliable, and commercially sustainable as the business grows? What makes it interesting for you You can move extremely fast. There’s very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment. You own the path to the outcome.
