Vida Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of critical pieces of the member journey - onboarding and retention.

You will drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida’s clinical and behavioral programs. This role sits within Vida’s Member Experience group, which owns the full consumer journey from onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, you will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical teams to ship high-impact product improvements while helping lay the foundation for Vida’s next-generation personalized experience.

This is a high-autonomy IC role with room to grow. You will balance near-term product execution (improving core features, running experiments, reducing friction) with contributing to longer-term 2.0 vision work. The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can drive results in the current product while thinking strategically about where the experience needs to go.
