About this role

Leading the Customer Data and AI Enablement team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the development and launch of data products for the Digital Experimentation Platform, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective measurement of business initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Consult and guide cross-functional teams on experiment design, establishing clear hypotheses and success metrics Partner with Data Scientists to integrate advanced testing methodologies into the self-service platform Define platform capability requirements and automate reporting dashboards for tracking customer growth initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of relevant product management experience 1 year of experience in strategy creation and cross-functional leadership 2 years of experience in direct people management Proven expertise in experimentation statistics, including A/B and multi-arm bandit testing
