We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager at Reachdesk, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Reachdesk Platform.
You will be accountable for turning complex customer and business problems into software products that deliver measurable impact. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying and deeply understanding the right problems to solve, through discovery and delivery, to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively building context across customers, the market, internal stakeholders, data, and technology to understand what Reachdesk needs to achieve its goals.
You’ll also make sound decisions when the path forward isn’t obvious. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Design and work across the wider business to create alignment, communicate decisions clearly, and ensure what we build is successfully launched, adopted, and delivers the outcomes we set out to achieve. If you enjoy solving difficult problems, taking ownership, and moving comfortably between customer, technical, and business conversations, you’ll thrive in this role.
