Senior Pricing Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE Lead end-to-end pricing engagements for a B2B SaaS pricing platform, from discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work directly with customers and partner with product and engineering to improve pricing outcomes and the tools that support them. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer engagements from discovery through live pricing models and continuous optimization. - Run stakeholder workshops, conduct market research, and align teams on pricing goals and value.

- Design customer segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and monetization approaches. - Measure pricing impact, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities to expand customer engagements. - Support onboarding, change management, and sales enablement to help customers implement pricing strategies. - Use the pricing platform and AI tools to address customer challenges and provide specific product feedback.

- Partner with product and engineering to improve AI recommendations and pricing tools. - Document engagement learnings, contribute to sales discussions, and help develop a repeatable customer delivery approach. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, including pricing or monetization work in technology or SaaS, or relevant strategy consulting experience.

- Strong expertise in segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, willingness-to-pay methods, and commercial value creation. - Experience owning multiple pricing engagements from discovery through implementation, and managing enterprise or mid-market customer relationships. - Hands-on experience using GenAI or LLM tools in pricing work and guiding AI-driven projects. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and SQL for pricing analysis.

- Strong communication skills, with experience influencing senior and cross-functional stakeholders; coaching or mentoring experience is valued. - Professional fluency in English and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual compensation is $180,000 to $220,000 USD, plus equity and market-aligned benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
