We’re now entering a new phase of growth, scaling paid acquisition aggressively across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We’re looking for a high-performance Media Buyer who can operate at scale, move fast and handle complex ad environments.

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with proven experience managing high daily budgets ($5K–$10K+), ideally in competitive or restricted verticals (finance, trading, crypto, lead gen). You should be comfortable scaling campaigns, testing creatives rapidly and navigating account instability or restrictions when needed. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies) Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats) Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.) Requirements Proven experience managing daily ad on Meta Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns Experience in finance, trading, crypto or lead generation is a strong plus Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization workflows Ability to break down performance issues (CPM / CTR / CVR) and act fast Hands-on experience with creative testing and iteration What We Offer Fully remote setup High-impact role with budget responsibility Fast-moving, performance-driven team Opportunity to scale campaigns globally How to Apply Please include: Brief summary of campaigns you’ve scaled (budgets, verticals, results) Example of a campaign you took from testing → scale Tools and strategies you typically use Applications without real performance details will not be considered.
