Senior Media Buyer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international performance marketing company specialising in iGaming and emerging digital entertainment verticals. We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple markets and channels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable managing significant advertising budgets while continuously optimising campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant channels. Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPA, ROI, conversion rates, player value and other key performance metrics. Analyse campaign and player data to identify opportunities for scaling and improving performance. Test creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures to maximise acquisition efficiency.

Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROI. Work closely with creative, analytics and acquisition teams to develop and improve campaigns. Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and advertising policies. Support the expansion of campaigns across different markets and verticals. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buying / Paid Acquisition. Strong experience with Meta and/or Google Ads; experience with TikTok, Snapchat or programmatic platforms is a plus.

Previous experience within iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes or another performance-driven vertical is highly desirable. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimisation. Comfortable working with large budgets and data-driven decision making.
