The Senior Manager, Live Commerce is responsible for leading SharkNinja's live shopping strategy and execution, driving GMV growth, audience engagement and brand presence across live commerce channels. This is a senior, high-impact role that combines creative direction, commercial acumen and operational excellence to establish live commerce as a key revenue pillar within the DTC business.

What you will do: Own and lead the end-to-end live commerce strategy, from planning and production through to performance analysis and optimisation. Drive GMV targets for live shopping events across our three brand handles (Shark Clean, Shark Beauty, Ninja Kitchen). Act as the primary strategic partner to our LIVE agency, holding them accountable for production quality, cadence and commercial performance while working collaboratively on content direction and format innovation.

Own the product training relationship with the agency, ensuring LIVE hosts are true product experts — briefed on features, use cases and USPs so they can sell with authority and credibility on camera. Build, lead and develop a high-performing live commerce team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and Demand Planning to align live events with broader commercial and inventory objectives.
