In this role, you’ll report directly to our SVP of Finance. You’ll own key FP&A processes, strengthen how we forecast and report on the business, and partner cross-functionally to turn financial insights into informed decisions.

If you are a strategic finance professional who loves using data to solve problems and drive a business forward, please keep reading! we’ll count on you to Support Starface’s budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts, partnering with teams across the business to develop and pressure-test assumptions Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and translating findings into clear, actionable insights Maintain and evolve financial models, including scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis, to support forecasting, strategic planning, and business decision-making Build more robust cross-functional Finance touchpoints, partnering with teams across the business to strengthen planning and bring greater financial rigor to decision-making Own and deepen Finance’s integration within the S&OP process, connecting financial forecasts with operational and commercial planning Support management reporting, clearly communicating financial performance, changes in outlook, and the drivers behind them Partner with the broader Finance team to support month-end close review and audits from a Finance and management perspective Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes and reporting, including budget-to-actual reporting within NetSuite Bring a commercial finance perspective to key business decisions, evaluating retail vs.
