Role overview: PlayStation Store is a multibillion-dollar global digital commerce platform at the center of how players discover, buy, and enjoy content - and this role shapes how the Store catalogue is planned, prioritised, and promoted. As the Senior Manager, Catalogue Planning, you will set the strategy, experimentation and planning approach for the PlayStation Store catalogue, connecting title roadmaps, promotional moments, and commercial priorities into a clear global plan.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Planning & Proposition and leads the Catalogue Planning team of 2 people. What you’ll be doing: Define catalogue and promotional strategy. Own the annual and quarterly approach for managing and monetising the Store catalogue, setting clear commercial objectives, principles, KPIs, and guardrails for promotional activity. Build the integrated catalogue plan. Translate DGM and partner roadmaps, revenue forecasts, contractual commitments, and activity requests into a prioritised central plan, master calendar, and sequenced delivery roadmap.
Govern priorities and execution readiness. Lead quarterly priority planning and promotional calendars. Lead experimentation and learning. Direct the promotions experimentation agenda with Analytics, Data Science and other partners; define hypotheses and measures, evaluate results, and scale learning into catalogue and promotion decisions. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery. Align cross-functional teams on support levels, customer journeys, localisation, dependencies, and market-specific needs.
