Partnering with cross-functional powerhouse teams—like Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Partnerships—you will lead high-stakes negotiations, champion innovative legal strategies, and safeguard our organization across multiple jurisdictions. If you are ready to apply your legal expertise to transform the future of AI-driven learning in an agile, high-impact environment, this is your next big move. ⚡ THE DAY-TO-DAY - Lead the Charge: Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Partnerships to deliver high-impact legal guidance aligned with core business objectives.

- Architect the Future: Design, draft, and negotiate complex, high-value SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership deals. - Revolutionize Process: Innovate and refine key legal workflows, contract templates, and operational processes to boost efficiency and decrease risk globally. - Navigate Risk: Conduct forensic contract reviews to uncover potential risks and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions that protect Docebo’s interests.

- Privacy Sentinel: Deep expertise in global privacy framework regulations (such as GDPR) and their practical application in cloud and AI technology. - Strategic Problem-Solver: A solution-oriented mindset with advanced negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Tech-Savvy Leader: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce or standard CRM systems and a track record of mentoring junior legal professionals.
