(Senior) Key Account Manager (f/m/x)
About this role
Our Key Account Management Team focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships. Our team is experienced in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce, with strong analytical skills. We collaborate with our customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them in expanding their business horizons with our bespoke solutions and cutting-edge product innovations. While this position is offered with a remote option, our team is based in Berlin, and we have a strong preference for candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to the Berlin area.
The essence of your role Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach. Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects. Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting. Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing. Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
This is what you need to succeed Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships, particularly with high-growth customers in e-commerce or similar fields Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce Academic degree or equivalent qualification, ideally focusing on business, logistics, or transportation Strong affinity for numbers and data, with the ability to analyze complex relationships, prioritize tasks, and effectively present findings to stakeholders Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above), with excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and build strong client relationships What we offer: Flexible & Hybrid Work: Our office is at Alexanderplatz; we have a hybrid working model with flexible remote-office set-up and working hours.
