In this role, you will act as the primary link between our most important partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth.

What you’ll do: Develop and maintain solid relationships with efood’s key clients Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations departments to ensure that both company's & key clients’ needs are met Compile and monitor reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals Monitor commercial KPIs of the key partners aiming for their continual growth Track operational KPIs of the key partners & take actions in alignment with the Ops dpt to keep them healthy Proven experience in Sales & Key Account Management Customer-centric approach Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software Strong negotiation and leadership skills Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills Problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently without supervision We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
