AND In order to qualify for the GS-15, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: (1) Designing or overseeing large-scale automation efforts using robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.; (2) Analyzing and reviewing automated workflows, including integrations between RPA tools and other software applications, to assess performance, identify gaps, or recommend improvements.; (3) Planning, scheduling, and carrying out end-to-end RPA projects (from business process analysis and bot development through testing, deployment, and performance monitoring) AND 4) Serving as an expert or consultant to senior leadership on the feasibility, implementation, governance, or enterprise-wide adoption of RPA or AI technologies.
