Role Description: The Senior International Sourcing & SFN Manager will be ShipBob's first dedicated in-market resource for the international SFN network. The role combines end-to-end sourcing of new fulfillment nodes across UK, EMEA and AUS with ongoing performance management of established international partners - a combination that reflects the scale of the current network and the pace of growth required through 2027 and beyond.
This is not a support role. The person in this seat owns the international partner lifecycle from initial market intelligence through operator qualification, commercial origination, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. They are the single point of contact for all international network activity and the primary in-market commercial presence representing ShipBob to operators, brokers, and landlords across the region.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Network Development. What you’ll do: Sourcing Own the UK, EMEA and AUS operator sourcing pipeline end to end from market intelligence and operator identification through Pre-Screen, Operator Assessment Scorecard completion, commercial origination, and contract execution. Maintain a live operator pipeline and tracker in advance of forecasting indicators and unique building needs. Complete due diligence on all international operator assessments with regional specific considerations.
