Your Responsibilities Take responsibility for the the monthly preparatory payroll process for our employees and support the payroll execution and collaboration with an external service provider.

Contribute to a wide range of HR projects , such as the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and the introduction of employee benefits, while ensuring compliance with current employment, social security, and tax legislation and maintaining a constructive partnership with the works council. Support the quality management of HR-related processes and serve as a contact person for internal and external audits. Manage end-to-end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including time and attendance management, reporting and analytics, preparation of contractual documents, support with international assignments, and maintenance of employee master data in relevant systems.

Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll, company pension plans, and capital-forming benefits. Communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, professional associations, and auditors to ensure legally compliant handling of matters such as wage garnishments, compensation levies, payroll tax matters, and social security reporting. Serve as the interface between the HR and Finance departments , including preparing information for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managing accruals and provisions, compiling HR statistics, and posting payroll-related data in the ERP system.
