For more information, visit WPP.com. Why we're hiring: We're looking for an experienced Treasury Systems leader to shape and deliver the future of Treasury technology at WPP.

Reporting into Group Treasury, you'll lead the management, optimisation and transformation of our global treasury systems landscape, supporting the delivery of Elevate28, WPP's strategic transformation programme. You'll work across Treasury, Finance, Technology, regional teams and external partners to drive automation, improve controls, enhance reporting, and deliver major system initiatives. The role will oversee cross-regional transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex system and process changes while managing risks, dependencies, resources, and key stakeholder decisions.

You will also play a pivotal role in Treasury Systems governance, leading change request management, supporting Steering Committee activities, and helping shape the future operating model of the Treasury function. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence the future operating model of Treasury Systems at a global scale while leading a team based in Bengaluru. What you'll be doing: Lead the Treasury Systems strategy, roadmap, and transformation agenda, driving the optimisation and enhancement of Treasury technology across a global organisation.
