The Purpose: Senior Fullstack Engineers (m/f/d) at PPRO drive core technical decisions, solving complex technical problems, whilst participating in decisions on architecture and technical direction.

Supporting and mentoring engineering colleagues within a hands-on environment. A strong understanding of business context, customer needs, and technical constraints is essential to designing and implementing pragmatic, scalable solutions that address the right problems and deliver sustainable value. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end software development processes, from requirements to deployment in our production systems for our key products and services (e.g.

accounting and reporting systems) Be an integral part of the team’s culture and ways of working, continuously improving development processes and practices together with your colleagues based on data, feedback, and changing business needs. Use the latest technologies (e.g. React Query, gRPC) to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale Take e2e operational responsibility for the team-owned components Share technical expertise and architect creative solutions while advancing team best practices What we look for in you: Ability to collaborate and grow dynamic and autonomous environments, whilst in a small, agile team.
