Downloads Remote-First Wir suchen einen Senior Front-End Software-Ingenieur (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering-Teams — um die Technologie hinter Apps mitzugestalten, die von über 30 Millionen Menschen monatlich in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Wellness und Musik genutzt werden. Du fungierst als technischer Mentor für unsere Front-End-Community und als wichtiger Partner für unsere Design-, Produkt- und Content-Teams — und arbeitest auf unserer MACH-basierten Plattform (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native, Headless), die vollständig intern entwickelt wurde. Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Front-End-Architekturentscheidungen treffen – einschließlich Komponentendesign, State Management und Anwendungsstruktur auf der gesamten Plattform Komplexe Implementierungen leiten – Front-End-Lösungen mit React, NextJS und TypeScript in großem Maßstab entwerfen und umsetzen Gemeinsame Design-Systeme mitgestalten – zu Front-End-Standards beitragen und diese im gesamten App-Portfolio beeinflussen Ingenieure mentoren und fördern – technische Führung durch Code-Reviews, Mentoring und Pair Programming übernehmen Bereichsübergreifend zusammenarbeiten – als technischer Senior-Partner für Produkt-, Design- und Content-Teams von der Konzeption bis zur Lieferung agieren Kritische User Journeys verantworten – hohe Standards bei Usability, Barrierefreiheit, Performance und Ausfallsicherheit in unseren Apps sicherstellen APIs aufbauen und weiterentwickeln – GraphQL- und REST-APIs konsumieren und mitgestalten; bei Bedarf zu Node.js-Backend-Services beitragen Engineering Best Practices vertreten – Codequalität, Teststrategie, Performance-Optimierung und Sicherheit vorantreiben An der Spitze bleiben – Konferenzen besuchen, neue Ideen einbringen und Front-End-Trends pragmatisch anwenden <strong style="color: #
