About this role
π° Up to Β£95k depending on experience π Salary based on London. Hybrid, with flexible hours. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We're an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $200m+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.
Close, audit, tax and payments operations are already covered by the finance team. What has not been built yet is planning. This role exists to make planning a discipline the leadership team uses every week: a forecast budget owners trust, and unit economics that change decisions. π― The Role We're hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst/Senior Commercial Analyst to build and own Fanvue's company model, forecasting and commercial analysis, reporting to our VP Finance.
This is hands-on. You will build the driver-based model the executive team and board run the business on, turn creator, fan and payments data into unit economics people act on, and partner directly with budget owners across the business. It suits someone who has built models from scratch, pulls their own data, and can put a number on every outcome they claim. This is not a reporting role. Someone strong on reporting but weak on building models is the wrong hire here, however polished.
π What You'll Do Build and own the company model: a driver-based forecast with base, upside and downside cases that leadership and the board use Forecast GMV and net revenue from the real drivers: creators, paying fans, spend per fan, cohorts, seasonality and take rate Run the budget and monthly reforecast, and explain variances in terms budget owners can act on Analyse unit economics, cohorts, pricing and margin, and use that analysis to change pricing and deal decisions Partner with department heads on spend, bringing data and options rather than simply saying no Pull your own data with SQL, reconcile it back to the ledger, and automate reporting so it runs without you Bring AI tools into the planning and reporting workflow Own monthly investor reporting and contribute to board packs and fundraising data rooms π Who You Are You have built a driver-based forecast or company model from scratch, and can walk through every driver in it You have done analysis that changed a pricing, deal or spending decision, and you know the numbers before and after You write SQL and are comfortable in a BI tool.
