Overview We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Financial Controller to join a unique role spanning both THG Ingenuity and a private Family Office portfolio. This role is the finance lead for King Street Townhouse Hotel and Hale Country Club, whilst helping develop the governance, reporting and financial capability of a growing Family Office portfolio Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead a small finance team and act as a trusted business partner to operational management, providing insight, challenge and financial leadership across multiple businesses.

This role offers a rare combination of hospitality, commercial finance and family office exposure, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller looking to broaden their experience beyond a traditional finance environment. Key Responsibilities Hospitality Finance Leadership Lead all aspects of finance for King Street Townhouse Hotel and Hale Country Club & Spa, including: Monthly management accounts and performance reporting Budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning Board reporting and financial commentary Cash flow forecasting and working capital management KPI reporting and analysis Capex appraisals and investment analysis Balance sheet oversight and control environment Annual audit support and statutory reporting VAT and tax compliance oversight Commercial Business Partnering Act as a key partner to operational leadership teams by: Supporting commercial decision-making Analysing pricing strategies and revenue opportunities Reviewing membership, occupancy and utilisation trends <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"singleLevel"}" data-aria-posinset="13" data-aria-l
