WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles - Prepare and maintain consolidated company financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expense, cash flow, and other key planning schedules. - Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions - Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior period results; identify key drivers, variances, trends, and risks - Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership - Partner with Accounting to understand close results, accruals, reclasses, and other items affecting financial reporting - Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for the rollout of Pigment, our new planning tool - Support the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 4-7 years of FP&A experience.
