Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you’ll have a pivotal role in shaping our team. This individual will support the team with financial reporting, modeling, monthly/quarterly close cycles, forecasting, annual planning, and ad-hoc financial projects and analyses.

Success in this role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a passion for driving change in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. What you’ll do in the role: Assist in Honeycomb corporate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts and annual plan, understanding important levers and driving top-line growth balanced with profitability.

Work across the broader team by collaborating cross functionally with business leaders, accounting and sales operations to help improve our monthly processes. Assist in running month-end close with accounting team, summarizing variances from forecasts and communicating to executive members. Track business performance and KPI trends against operating plans and prepare budget to actual reporting for management and other key stakeholders, including board of director’s reporting.
