Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A

📋 Description Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A product surfaces and workflows across Partner closely with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future-state FP&A operating model Drive improvements to budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance operating rhythms Improve reporting and insight delivery for finance and business leaders by shaping dashboards Lead platform-level product work that improves the scalability, maintainability, and Identify and prioritize opportunities to use AI and workflow automation to reduce manual effort 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex internal platforms Strong product judgment in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, competing Experience working on finance systems, planning platforms, enterprise workflows, or adjacent Ability to deeply understand user pain points across both operational workflows and executive Strong analytical orientation with the ability to define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and use data Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Equity and bonus eligibility Remote-first work environment with quarterly in-person surges
